Euranova has established an organisation which clearly separates career management and client service management. CMO is the career management organisation; SMO is the service management organisation.

Whilst the complementary nature of each of these is clear, investments relating to careers, undertaken under the CMO framework, do not directly hold more weight in the profitability of client projects. These investments are agreed under the professional project framework of each party, in line with the sustainable approach offered by Euranova.

It is, therefore, with the CMO that each colleague plans and evaluates these investments during their career with Euranova, with a substantiated career plan as support.
